Biodynamic Body Psychotherapy is mental - bodily – emotional therapy, which relates to all our different layers: body, breath, energy, thought & behaviour patterns, emotions, the psychological and spiritual layers.
An essential aspect of therapy is the body: it remembers everything we have undergone, and it feels us despite all our defence and repression systems. Discourse and dialogue are always involved in therapy but the body knows how to talk and relate our truth and our life narrative - even without words. There are other therapeutic tools, depending on the patient’s wishes and needs, and the therapeutic relationship that was created. They include different touch techniques, practicing movements, meditation and guided imagery including learning through individual practice, energetic work, working with the inner voice, psychodrama and a focus on breathing.
Sometimes therapy is verbal only, relating to the body and breathing, and adapted to the patient’s needs. One of the goals of therapy is to identify blocked sites in the body and breath, behaviour and thought patterns that disturb our lives and how to free ourselves from them in a regulating process. This results in physical, emotional, and energetic release, higher levels of energy and vitality, and fulfilment of personal potential and capacities.
Individual therapy with Biodynamic Body Psychotherapy is suitable for a variety of issues and issues:
• Coping with and helping in crisis situations such as divorce, bereavement, mental crises and more.
• Working with personal and family traumas using an approach unique to biodynamic psychotherapy.
• People with psychosomatic problems, like chronic digestive and breathing problems - getting to the source of the problem, releasing, and coping.
• Anxiety and fears: providing awareness and breathing tools that deal with this issue.
• Lack of self-confidence, low self-image - working with physical sensations and awareness, in order to connect to inner powers.
• Stagnation in life, non-fulfilment on issues relating to the couple and/or work; support, strengthening, and self-fulfilment.
• Work on personal development, growth, developing the intuitive level, and achieving goals - for managers and businesspeople.
• Students of body psychotherapy - for in-depth work, learning, and personal development.
• Working with therapists (psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers and others) who feel the ‘burden of therapy’ in the body and breathing, through psychosomatic problems. Learning ways of coping and lightening the burden.
Over the past decade, I have worked and mentored many students who are interning in the Beer Yaakov and Abarbanel mental health centres. As such, I also work with mental health problems such as bipolar, schizophrenia, borderline personality, and eating disorders - accompanied by psychiatric and mediation treatment if needed.

Online psychotherapy

My clinic is in Tel-Aviv But i also work Online via Skype or ZOOM. Online Therapy has evolved tremendously in the past decade and many of my patients both from Israel and other countries enjoy a meaningful, profound psychotherapy meetings in their own comfortable enviroment without having to leave home or drive.
